Code of Conduct for the Safety of All Guests

• All guests and bags are subject to search upon entry.
• CDCC utilizes walk through metal detectors, handheld metal detectors and bag checks.
• Guests shall be respectful and not act in any unruly or disruptive way.
• Any and all unsafe conditions or activities will be terminated immediately upon request. The Center will remove disruptive parties as necessary.
• Guests shall drink responsibly.
• Smoking and/or Vaping is prohibited inside the Center.
• Please have your tickets open and ready to be scanned. All Guests must have a valid ticket (including children). Guests should be prepared to provide their tickets upon request.
• Concealed Weapons or Firearms, defined under “Florida Statues”, are prohibited inside the Center.
• Helium Balloons are prohibited inside any part of the Center.
• Outside food and beverages are not permitted.
• The sale of alcoholic beverages ends 30 minutes prior to the end of every event or at 1:45 am, whichever comes first.
• Animals and pets are not permitted in the Center. Service animals for the physically challenged are permitted and the owner will be fully responsible for his/her animals.
• Audio and/or video recording devices are not permitted
• Strollers are not allowed in the Great Hall and will need to be parked in the lobby.
• Strobe lights and flashing lights may be part of any event
